Cancellation Policy

The balance must be paid in full at least one week before your event. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 5 days prior to your event to receive a refund, Your depost will be non refundable. Cancellations made after this 5-day window will not be eligible for a refund; however, you may reschedule your event within 2 months or use toward EOS House workshops. If you choose not to reschedule, your payment may be forfeited. ____________________________ -Capacity: Up to 25 people -Furniture in Living Room can not be rearranged. folding chairs and tables are available if needed. -A Property Manager will be on the premise during events ____________________________ CODE OF CONDUCT: As an attendee you agree to our conditions below: • Respect the space and fellow participants. • Maintain a professional atmosphere. • Adhere to any posted policies and procedures. • No animals are allowed in the space. Service animals may be permitted on a case-by-case basis, with prior approval from the Provider. • Alcohol may be permitted, with prior approval from the Provider. (Ticketed Events and events for the public require a licensed bartender) • Food is permitted, with prior approval from the Provider. (Ticketed Events and Events for the public require a licensed caterer) • Absolutely no smoking inside of house. Please step outside to smoke. ____________________________ At EOS House, we strive to provide a clean and welcoming space for all our guests, and we kindly ask that you help us maintain this standard. As part of your event booking, it is required that you clean up before leaving. This includes removing all decorations, disposing of trash in the designated bins, wiping down any surfaces used, and ensuring the space is left in the same condition as it was when you arrived.
